Meet our newest event space at Liberty Tower…Twenty Grande!  

Named for its location on the twentieth floor high atop The Grande Hall, this charming event space is an idyllic location for smaller gatherings and events.  In keeping with our Art Deco history, the space is appointed with luxurious details that are a fusion of our historic past with modern flair.  With Art Deco inspired wallpaper, gold sconces and chandeliers, lounge furniture, and cozy library, you’ll feel at home entertaining in this unique event space surrounded by views of the Dayton skyline.

Twenty Grande is perfect for events under 60 guests like rehearsal dinners, board meetings, retirement parties or holiday celebrations. It can also be added on to your Grande Hall Rental as an additional meeting space or for wedding or event photography.

Your rental of Twenty Grande include the following rental perks:

  • 5ft round tables, 6 and 8 rectangle banquet tables, and tall bistro tables are included

  • 75 Black Diamond Back Chiavari Chairs with Padded Seats

  • You are welcome to bring in your own alcoholic beverages

  • Open Catering List (you can chose from our three approved caterers or bring in another one with our approval)

  • 2 hours of event setup time

  • Elevator access

  • Small catering prep kitchenette

  • Event security at venue entrance

Twenty Grande Rental Rates

FRIDAY, SATURDAY or SUNDAY

3 Hour Rental $975

MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY Daytime Rental (8am - 5:30pm)

3 Hour Rental $375

Additional time $75 per hour

MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY Evening Rental (5:30pm and later)

3 Hour Rental $500

Additional time $125 per hour

Note: Pricing is subject to change without notice. Contracts will be drafted with current rental rates at the time of deposit.


A la carte rental additions for Twenty Grande…

  • Event Staff for tables, chairs, and linens setup $200. Additional decor/decorating done by you or your vendors.

  • Arts Parking Garage Parking: In order for the Arts Garage to be open, a parking attendant must be reserved at the additional rate of $25 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. If guests pay for their own parking spots, it’s $10 per car. If the client pays for parking, guests alert parking attendant that they are attending an event at The Grande Hall and the number of cars will be tallied. After the event, you will receive an updated contract with a line item of the number of cars parked in the Arts Garage. (Metered parking spots are free after 5:00pm Monday-Thursday and all day Saturday & Sunday.)
