We’ve made wedding and event catering easy! The Grande Hall is thrilled to have partnered with the top three full-service Dayton catering companies: Elite Catering and Events, Kohler Catering, and Rich Taste Catering for all your catering and bartending needs. Whether it’s planning a networking breakfast, light luncheon or multiple course dinner, all of our caterers have diverse menu offerings to help you create a delicious and memorable event!
Catering and Bar Options that You’ll Love!
When choosing a wedding or event venue, the ability to stay within budget is often limited by being required to use an exclusive caterer or commit to fixed bar packages. Many downtown Dayton venues follow this practice, making it difficult for clients to compare catering options or adjust their plans as their guest list evolves. At The Grande Hall, you’ll have the freedom to choose from our three preferred catering companies and customize your options with each caterer, allowing for better price comparison and flexibility to accommodate your needs without compromising your budget.
The Grande Hall also does NOT require you to purchase a bar package. In fact, you can bring in your own alcohol to be served by one of our catering partners or approved licensed bartending company. This can represent thousands in savings for an event with around 200 guests. Our catering partners all have skilled bartenders on staff and they can help walk you through all of your beverage options.
Full-Service Catering: What It Is and How It Simplifies Your Event Planning
All our catering partners offer *full-service catering, designed to make your event stress-free because you have less work to do! This means they typically take care of linen rentals, provide dinnerware and glassware, and set up your table linens and place settings. They also manage service throughout the event, including refilling water and ice, bussing tables, post-dinner cleanup, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. With their expertise, you can fully relax, be present, and enjoy quality time with your guests.
