FRIDAY:

5 Hours Event Time $4,500

SATURDAY & SUNDAY:

MONDAY - THURSDAY:

Note: Pricing is subject to change and only a signed rental agreement with booking payment secures your date and locks you into pricing.

A La Carte Venue Additions:

  • Additional time/hours may be added at $1000 per hour for the venue and event staffing

  • Twenty Grande rental for breakout rooms, VIP events, etc.. Subject to availability

  • Green room access available 3 hours prior to event. Additional time is $250 per hour

  • Arts Parking Garage access with parking attendant is included with cost per car additional. See FAQs for details.

  • Lighting packages, linens, and lounge furniture to enhance your guest experience through our recommended vendors
